On the Pacific Highway in the CBD offers some great bistro deals as well as fine dining options. The Brasserie offers modern Australian cuisine with a superb seafood buffet on Friday and Saturday evenings. Rendevous at the CeX Club offers fine dining for those special occasions.

The Fisherman’s Co-op

The Fisho’s Co-op at the Jetty has great seafood, fresh off the boats at reasonable prices. Sit back, enjoy your lunch - with a variety of fish and chip options - and watch the boats come in and out of the harbour. Open seven days a week.

The Coffs Harbour Yacht Club

Overlooks the Pacific Ocean at the Jetty, the Y-Knot Bistro offers breakfast, lunch and dinner at some great prices. The menu ranges from seafood to beef and chicken, pasta and vegetarian options. The Club is licensed and open seven days a week.

Charlie’s at the Novotel Pacific Bay

Just north of the CBD on the Pacific Highway, Charlie’s is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lighter lunch options are available and diners can choose to sit in the restaurant or on the alfresco terrace overlooking a stunning waterfall. The contemporary Australian menu includes salads, seafood, duck, chicken, pasta, beef and lamb plus vegetarian options. Prices are indicative of the service and quality of the produce on offer.

Jetty Strip

The Jetty Strip enroute to the harbour in Coffs is a hive of restaurants, offering a great variety of cuisines.
Indian food is represented by Taste of North India and Oberoi’s with Thai another great favourite. Try the Crying Tiger for some superb Thai food at good prices.
Scoffs offers seafood, fountain Vietnamese and Maria’s and Piccolo Italian. Indoor and outdoor dining, most licensed and open seven days a week for dinner.

The small village of Sawtell - a 20 minute drive south of Coffs Harbour is another great spot to dine out. First Avenue is home to many good restaurants and bistros. Fig Restaurant offers great local produce in a contemporary menu at some great prices. The restaurant is casual dining, licensed and is open Tuesday- Sunday from 5pm.

A 15-minute drive north from Coffs Harbour will take you to Saltwater in Emerald Beach. The restaurant is directly opposite the ocean and offers a wonderful venue - and menu for discerning customers. Classic seafood, pasta, beef and chicken with a license and a wonderful view.

Bluebottles Brasserie

In the small township of Woolgoolga, north of Coffs, Bluebottles offers modern Australian cuisine with dining both in and outdoor. Great food, with some delicious chocolate suites at very reasonable prices with some very happy, smiling staff. Open Tuesday - Sunday for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 6pm. Not licensed, BYO.

The Flooded Gums

The Flooded Gums, south of Coffs Harbour has been consistently one of the best restaurants on the Coffs Coast. Overlooking the 18th fairway of the award winning golf course, the award winning restaurant offers the best in dining. Prices are to match, so this is a top spot for one of those special occasions. The menu offers seafood, chicken, pasta, beef and some great vegetarian options. The Flooded Gums has a casual atmosphere where you can choose to dine alfresco on the terrace or in the clubhouse. Open for lunch and dinner seven days a week.

No.2 Oak Street

The beautiful town of Bellingen, a 30-minute drive from Coffs Harbour has some great dining experiences to offer. No. 2 Oak Street in the same street, is an a la carte establishment offering fine dining in a modern Ausytalian style. Prices are high but good value for the quality of service. Mouza Restaurant on Hyde Street offers great mediterranean cuisine with a middle eastern twist and some wonderful veggie options.
